I loved being surrounded by beautiful art and architecture, and the location was perfect for shopping. The bed and pillows were heavenly, and the breakfast room was adorable.

Who needs soundproof windows or friendly service when you have noisy garbage trucks and indifferent staff?

That was quiet and incredibly beautiful hotel set in central area, right by Piazza Della Signoria as well as the Theater.

I recently stayed at Black 5 in Florence for 2 nights. The location was excellent, with attractions just 10 minutes away. The spotless bathroom and comfortable bed made for a great stay. The hotel's convenient arrangement for luggage storage after checkout was a bonus. The room was spacious with high ceilings, modern decor, and a nice shower. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and a cafe across the street for breakfast. The hotel also arranged secure parking for our car, with easy access when needed.

I recommend this hotel.

The room we had was beautiful and the location couldn't be better. You are in the middle of the city here.. There was only one girl, Serena, who was really helpful to us answering our questions. The other was not so helpful. Breakfast is nice but costs extra, not included. Otherwise, the price is very reasonable.

Internet was a problem, there is only wifi for the personel and they didn't want to give the code to any of the guests. The hours for checkin are terrible. You can only arrive between 2 and 6 otherwise no one is there. If you happen to arrive late they hit you with a huge charge starting at 30 Euros. Which also means there is no one there to answer any questions you might have.

I liked large and beautifully designed room in this hotel.

The hotel was absolutely charming and exceptionally comfortable, with marvellous location right in the city centre. Location: the property was just off beautiful Florence and almost all other places of interest. I tried some drinks at bar Fuk Cocktail Bar, located 5 minutes walk away👌

the location was perfect, central but quiet. the room had a beautiful balcony and a renovated bathroom. the manager was attentive and even gave us a bottle of wine for our anniversary. Ivan was always available and they let us check-in early.

Breakfast was scarce, no milk or fizzy water.

Staff is very helpful, although only some of them speak English...so pack your dictionary! Also, it should be noted that this is not a hotel. Its a suite on the 3rd floor of a residential building.

The rooms at Black 5 Florence are individually designed to suit different aesthetic tastes. They are bright and spacious with large windows that offer a lovely view of the central Via Verdi. As a traveler who appreciates unique design and a vibrant atmosphere, I felt right at home in these rooms.

Personally, I found the colors used for the room decor a bit overwhelming. However, I understand that others might enjoy the bold and vibrant color scheme.

Felt so much at home, nothing was too much trouble.

Location was really good, only a few minutes walk from the duomo. Staff was very friendly. You feel like you are in your own house, they give you the keys to all the doors and elevator. The rooms are very well designed and beautiful, we enjoyed our stay very much. I am looking forward to coming back to florence and to stay in Black 5 again.

This hotel was excellent, but what would could have made it perfect is if they had Free Wi-fi.

I always come back because of the helpful staff and good first impression. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, swimming pool, flat-screen TV, breakfast. Perfect location for my business trips.
